Collect raw visitor voice and feedback to gain a solid understanding of what visitors really think about your website or service.
When visitors send you feedback, they will also be asked the following important question:
|
How likely is it that you would recommend "website" to a friend or colleague?
|
|
According to the above rating, the responders will be placed in one of three categories.
Promoters
Promoters are visitors who promote your service or product by telling others it is valuable. They are most likely to make a second purchase from you. They are the most likely to return to the website. They are also the most likely to give you an excellent evaluation and provide referrals.
Passive
These users have a low rebuy and revisit percentage. They remain loyal to your product or service only until one of your competitors offers them a better deal.
Critics
This group is responsible for derogatory remarks about your website. Their criticism is destructive to your company’s reputation. It may prevent new users from visiting your site.
Grouping your visitors into three distinct groups allows you to predict future behavior. It gives you a tracking tool that you can act upon. Increasing the number of promoters will benefit your business. Decreasing the number of critics will also benefit your business. Both these changes will allow you to improve your bottom line significantly.
